calculate a date related value base on two related tables

hi everyone

i'm working on a dataset which is made from two tables

1. merchants (columns-> id)

2. transactions (columns-> merchant_id , date)

 

in "EACH DATE" , i want to calculate the number of merchants that have more than (for example) 2 transaction in last (for example) 2 weeks last 2 weeks is based on EACH DATE (for example last 2 weeks from today or last 2 weeks from yesterday an so on)

 

i really appreciate if you help me on this issue thanks in advance
