bottom N error in Power BI

Dears,

I would like to display the bottom N suppliers by sales in my dashboard, thus I'm facing an error on that visual. In other words,

the filter bottom 5 suppliers is not working - it's showing all the suppliers having a 0 Sales value.

Can you please help?

kind regards,

Rita

Hi Rita,

It would be better if you can share the pbi file, if possible.

I think your sales value must be having a lot of zeros hence the bottom 5 is coming up as zero for all.

On ething you can do it is not inlcude zero values (untick the "Show items with no data" option by right clicking on the Axis field of you visual).

Thanks,

Dheeraj
