bar color change depending on values

Hi,

I have a stacked histogram. is that possible to change the color of a bar based on its value ?

Example :  The value for Bretagne is 69. If its value is between 40 and 60 then orange and if it's lower 40 the red.

But for Auvergne if it's value is lower 10 then red ..etc..

Thank you for your help (I'm a newbie - i'm actually watching some training videos on linkedin learning)
