average per employee per week without counting weeks with no work

I need to find the average units per each emplyee per week without counting weeks with zeros. in the picture it should employees on the left, weeks across the top, and totals on the right. can someone help me with a formula that will tell me the average units per week per employee. The data in the table is pulling from a raw data set that is counting instances not numbers ( in picture below)

Hi,

I do not understand your question.  You have highlighted blanks in the image.  Blanks have no effect on adding/averaging.

@Ashish_Mathur

i highlighted those because i dont want to include those in my average. currently that table goes up to 44 weeks. If the emplyee has worked every week i want the average to be over 44 weeks, but if an employee only worked 42 weeks i want it to average over 42 weeks not 44 weeks.     ex: Andrew H ( in the table) has worked every week so his average should be 56.8 (2500/ 44).. Brandon S only worked 38 weeks so his average would be 51.8 (1968/ 38)

I hope this makes more sense.

Have you tried the AVERAGE() function.  It ignores blanks.
