automate an update from a pdf?

Ive asked this before, but hoping there might be somethign someone has discovered.

 

I know you can pull data from a pdf using 3rd party tools or manually exporting from a webpage sort of thing, however has anyone managed to automate this process?

 

or if anyone has done anything with pdfs im curious to here how!

I guess you could write vba to automate the conversion
