Steps to reproduce:

1.download from the servcie

2. open in power bi desktop.

3. see message "There are pending changes in your queries that havn't been applied."

4. Click apply changes button in upper right.

Result

all queries are deleted.

Also wierd

Prior to click apply changes.

right click on table in power bi desktop, click elipese > edit query

Result

Dialog box - No query found

Please refresh the model to discard any stale data.

Other point that may be related.

The workspace is in a deployment pipeline

The dataset is based on dataflows.

Hi , @annucsb

If  you mean  that you encounter this error message after opening the  pbix downloaded from service , please click "discard changes". Once you select "apply changes",nothing will be find in the data model and  the  queries will be empty in "Transform " data.

In addition ,make sure  related dataset and report have been deployed.
