any web-source to understand data points, exclude /include filter type in power bi desktop report

would anyone please help me find a web-source(s) to understand

- data points 

- using exclude /include filter type in power bi desktop reports with example

Amit, 

I came across exclude and include filter types in filter-types in power BI documentation; I am looking for more elaborate information possibly with example; unfortunately I haven't find any exclusive examples over google. Same is the case with Data-Points about I did some search to get fundamental information.  Hence, posted this requested over forum.
