any chance to get the excel data as it is into power bi

I have data feed in the excel as in the given format. now i need to show the data in power bi as it is in the excel. Can any one help me?

Hi @AnilKumar, 

It's possible. You can get data from Excel to retrieve this kind of data in Power BI desktop, go to Query Editor, transform data via pivot or unpivot to get month column and value column. Apply change to data model, use matrix visual to visualize data.
