is analyze in excel available in power bi desktop or only in power bi online?
if available in power bi desktop, howe find it?

Great questions. Analyze in Excel is a feature that is only available to published .pbix reports on Power BI.com (more info). However, my colleage Matt Allington over at Excelerator BI has an Excel workbook that lets you connect to a LOCAL Power BI Desktop model and use it very similarly to how Analyze in Excel works (Article).
Regarding PBI.com sign-up options. PBI requires you to use a work or school email account when signing up for either the free or paid service (more info).
