"If Formula

Hi There , 

I am looking to use "If"  formula to let Power BI apply a certain rule only if the "Service Date" has date (not blank) .

how to type this formula please. Appreciate any help

IF([Service Date] <> "", [something], [else something else])
OR 
IF(NOT(ISBLANK([Service Date])), [something], [else something else])

Thank you Vicky. I also put  IF (service Date) >0 and it works , my assumption was this will let Power BI pick any cell that has value.
