add date field to all rows related to source file

Hello,

I've used get data from folder and got the data, there will be files for each month and i want to show the date column  i.e year and month  for each line item .

Also I want to add date filter to visual view eg. Is latest or is earlier, not in power query as I want to maintain data in back end

Instead of using the automatic Power Query functions you can manually add a table column with the file contents. Then you can keep both the file name and the contents.
