add a measure to a new column

I am using a What IF table in a slicer, Do I need to do with the select values is take one of them , and use to calculate percentaje sales, my question is, can I  add this value in a new column and use it to calcualate sales.

 

Do I need a kind of measure do achive this?

I do not believe that you can really do what you are describing (if I understand you correctly). Measures are dynamic while table columns are static after data is refreshed. You would need to use a measure based upon your what-if measure.
