I have ceated a visual table. One column not needed to be in the PBI report visual table, but I need it to be shown in the table when table is exported. Is this possible?

i see no way via power bi to do that, unfortunately

I think I have a solution to this. I was unable to use the "drill-through" option provided above (not sure if this was because I was connected to a tabular model?) but what did work was to put the column to be hidden as the last column before values, then simply right-click "collapse" the column.
It won't show up unless they expand it but it will export!
Although you can't technically do this, you can effectively hide the column from the visual by turning off the Word Wrap setting under Column Headers in that visual, and then dragging the column width down to nothing. There will still be a tiny thin bar shown but it's barely noticeable and then the column will appear in the export.
Can you please explain how this can be done?
