add Different columns in a table from only one column - servicenow

Hi

To be honest I don’t know very well how to explain it but I want the following

I have some data from servicenow for surveys , one of the columns is the questions we have and we have 3 different questions so when I add the column in the matrix visual it creates as many tickets numbers as questions the column has

Is there any way to add the questions as different columns ?

For example instead inc0012345 repeated 4 times like

Inc123456 question 1 comment 1
Inc123456 question 2 comment 2
Inc123456 question 3 comment 3

Would be like this

Inc123456 question 1 comment question 2 comment 2 question 3 comment 3
