this is a new post and totally seperate from the previous question......Once again need to show blanks cells in table format as Zeros...

CALCULATE (
COUNTROWS (Data),
FILTER (Data, Data[Apples]= "true"))
I have tried using an If statement followed by =Blank(),0,Measure as above not working????

Did you have a try with the formula below?
replace blank to 0 = IF ( [measure] = BLANK (), 0 )
If it is, I cannot reproduce your issue.
