Zendesk only showing data on my user

When connected to zendesk beta I am only getting data on my user. Is this because I used the login for my agent? 

I need to see the data on all the users and not only mine. How can I get this done?

You can pull your data from your Zendesk account with a Power BI template app. However, a Zendesk Administrator account is required to access the Zendesk template app. If you're an agent or an end-user and are interested in viewing your Zendesk data, review the Zendesk connector.
