Zendesk - Missed data in Ticket Metrics table

Hi Team,

 

I am trying to receive all data from my Zendesk data through Get Data -> Online Services -> Zendesk.

At whole, It works, however, I can see that data from Ticket Metrics table are missed partially.

E.g. Tickets table contains all 8500+ tickets as the Ticket Metrics table contains only 1720 tickets and I do not understand where this rectriction comes from...

 

Could you please advise?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on my research, each dataset has a limitation about 1 GB, you could refer to below link and check if your data is more than 1 GB.

Hi @v-danhe-msft ,

 

I have checked my workspace and there are only 214MB/10GB.

The problem is that the existence of the existence of these tickets looks like is chosen in a selective manner:
ticked_id in Ticket Metrics table

 

And I don't understand why it is happened
