Hi i have a question about where Power BI gets the zipcode data for the Power map function?
Is it from U.S. Census Bureau and there ZIP Code Tabulation Areas that is updated every 10 years, or
is it from USPS that changes the zip codes on a monthly bases ??
One more suggestion in the future you can try with USPS at https://17track.me/ . It should detect it automatically, you just paste the tracking number.
You can take usps zip code from their usps zip code locator tools . or you can apply from theri api usps zip code look up. my apps that has developed usps zip code look up from such api from usps with dhl tracking . also usps location search api helps you more for an example here implimented at https://usps-track.us/location/

That sounds very interesting. The map visuals in Power BI is integrated with Bing map which is very powerful. Though I can’t find the official specification, I am sure it’s correct. Maybe you can reference these links:
