Hello there, as the subject indicates that is the problem.

I have PRO license, and I have been trying to share my reports with the people in my organizacion "NOT PRO". for over 3 months with no success so far.

My data is in a share point list

they also are getting this warning : This content is only available to users with a Power BI Pro license. When you upgrade, you get access to collaborate with others and distribute content. Upgrade today or try it free for 60 days.Learn more

Any help please?

Hi @sajarac,

With sharing, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you need a Power BI Pro license. Your recipients also need Power BI Pro licenses, or the content needs to be in a Premium capacity. Reference: Share your Power BI dashboards and reports with coworkers and others.

To share reports successfully, you have to meet above requirement. So, please assign pro license for those users. Before purchasing pro license, you can ask them to expand their accounts to Pro trial, with which, they can enjoy all pro features for free for 1 year.
