YoY Growth by Year

Hello,

I'm trying to workout a forecast by year. However, I can only get a growth value of a static growth percentage. Is there anyway I can make it that each year will grow at a different percentage? I have attached a sample pbix. For example, I would like 2018 to grow 5%, and 2019 to grow 9%, 2020 to grow 11% and so on.

diff % = divide([This Year]-[Last Year ],[Last Year ])

YTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESYTD('Date'[Date],"12/31"))
Last YTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESYTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,Year),"12/31"))
This year Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESYTD(ENDOFYEAR('Date'[Date]),"12/31"))
Last year Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESYTD(ENDOFYEAR(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,Year)),"12/31"))

then again have diff in the above manner
