Yellow pending changes ribbon won't go away - and it's on all of my reports

I'm getting the yellow ribbon at the top of the screen asking me to apply / discard changes.  I applied changes which it said was Queries Metadata, but the ribbon did not go away.  Clicked to apply changes again, said that same thing.  Clicked discard changes and I'm being told that Parameter18 changed.  But I don't have any parameters.   And it won't let me discard it.  The yellow ribbon remains.

And it is showing up on ALL of my reports - even ones that I haven't opened in days.

@dpeacockTHH , id is happening in Aug -2022 release, if yes then report an issue -https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

If this happening in older version then Jul-2022, then please upgrade to that and try

Also, Go to File-> Options and settings -> Options -> under Data load -> Clear cache and check

clearing cache / global worked!  thank you!
