Yearly Budget allocation to monthly sales

Hello,

I have a file containing sales per month, and budget per year for each department. The budget per year is for each department, where the sales are also per departments but split in months. 

Is there a way to allocate the costs per year, over 12 months to each of the monthly figures on actual sales?

Situation:

Department One | Sales 1000 | Jan

Department Two| Sales 2000 | Feb

Department One | Sales Budget 10000 | 2017

Department Two| Sales 20000 | 2017

easier way is to break down  your budget by month which can be easily done in power query and then it will be easier to work with.
