YearWeek chart over two year with trend

Hello.

I’m working on a report in which the team would like to see two years of data by week and would also like to see a trend line. I have created a YearWeek column in the date table. In order to see the trend line I have the YearWeek column set to be a number type. And the graph is set to continuous. This is resulting in 201854, 201855, and so on up to 201899 to be listed on the chart. There is no data for these and even if I set to ignore blanks these weeks still show on the chart. Any idea on how to get around this?

@JH297  it depends on your measure, it shouldn't show blank. Can you share what measure you are using to plot on visual. What is 201899 week? Don't expect 99 weeks in a year.

Feel free to email me with any of your BI needs.

It's pretty basic - just pulling the sum of ammounts.

Donation Totals = sum(Donations[Amount])

Here is how I'm pulling the YearWeek

Year-Week = [Year] & FORMAT(Dates[Week of Year],"00")

There is no data for anything above week 201853 so those extra weeks shouldn't show. If I change the X-axis back to Categorical it displays correctly, but then I can't get the trend line.
