Year and Month Slicer issue

I have a dashboard where users can drill into the data using a Year Slicer and a Month Slicer.

I have an issue where if I select, let's say, 2019 and 2020 years, and then select a certain Month from the other slicer, the data being reflected is only all of Jan 2019 and Jan 2020 instead of all of the months within Jan 2019 through Jan 2020.

Let me know if I need to supply more information for a solution.

I have created the main measure like this:

You can put this measure in the table visual filter and set its value as 1, you will get the result like this:

@Anonymous it will only show what is selected and that is how slicer works but if you want different behaviour than you have to do the magic in the measures to override slicers.
