YTD Sales to display all months up to the month selected in slicer

Okay, I have searched the forums to no avail and I feel what I am looking for is pretty simple. I have all the YTD, QTD, MTD, YOY, etc. calculations working correctly in a table but when it comes to a bar chart, I am not getting the desired results.

I have a year and month slicer. User can only make 1 selection for each slicer. It works great with the table, but not for the charts.

When a user selects the year and month, I would like each chart to show all revenue up to the current month, quarter, year. For example, If the user selects Augst in the month slicer:

  • Rev by Month chart will show August and all prior months on the X axis. (whereas it only shows August currently)
  • Rev by Quarter chart will show quarter 2 (qtd) and prior quarters on the X axis (whereas it only shows Qtr 2 currently)

Ideally, I would like to show the prior year up to the month selected in the month slicer.

Can someone please help me out on this?
