X and y co-ordinates in line graph on hoover

Hi Experts

 

Is it possible to add x and y co-orindates to a line graph in Power BI to work on hoover and or use a tooltip using a custom visual for Power BI to show the data.

 

The graph is created in R on BI Desktop.
