X Axis differ between two bar charts formatted the same

I have two bar charts, both formatted identically but they display differently when using drill mode.

Both charts have the following settings

When I use Drill mode to filter results, one chart displays the X axis lables as:

The Other displays as:

 

image.png

 

Both visuals are configured with Concatenate labels as OFF.

 

Can anyone assists please?

How about the result after you follow the suggestions mentioned in my original post?Could you please provide more details about it If it doesn't meet your requirement?

Hi @msommerf ,

 

Sorry for that, but we can not reproduce the first chart , are you using the custom visual? Does the second level in first chart contains the same value?
