Wrong totals with dax formula

Hi experts

Using the following formula which is giving me the correct monthly values but the wrong overall
CALCULATE([TotalAssessments],FILTER(ALL(DimDate),DimDate[Year]=MAX(DimDate[Year])-1),SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR(DimDate[Date]))

Cannot see the error...

Is this in a table or matrix? 

 

This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376
