Wrong total

Hi Everyone - I'm trying to create a card that shows the total of "Federal Payment for credit" column. But I'm having problem getting the correct total.

The total on this table is correct.  

But when I remove the ContractNumber column, for some reason the total of "Federal Payment for Credit" change.

Coud you please help me solve this problem - Thank you!

Try using a measure for total that ignores all filters, my guess is that a filter is affecting the card but not the table.

Measure = CALCULATE(SUM(TableName[Federal Payment for credit]),ALL(Table[TableName]))
