The grand total is crrect, but the subtotal is wrong , how to correct it please?

I think there should be many repeating in your table or you may use ALL/ALLSELECTED/ALLEXCEPTED function in [stock] code.
If [Date] and [description] are in same table, you can try this code to get correct subtotal based on [stock] measure.
Stock with correct subtotal =
VAR _SUMMAZIRE =
SUMMARIZE ( 'Table', 'Table'[Date], 'Table'[description] )
RETURN
SUMX ( _SUMMAZIRE, [Stock] )
