Wrong location in map

Hi
I have trouble getting my maps to show correct locations on the map. For example, it puts a Norwegian city in Australia. This also happens to several different postal codes / cities in South America and elsewhere, despite there being no data from these sites in my dataset.
I have changed data in my input so that they are corrected for city, country code and zip code
Any suggestions for help?
