Wrong Totals

Hello everyone!

This is probably a rookie mistake and I searched through some similar examples but could not figure out how to make this work.  I created a mini subset of my data and dashboard and included a link to my .pbix file below.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

A couple of mistakes:

1. Buyer Table - PO Target Variance is wrong (the Total is wrong and the total for Buyer 5 should be zero)

2. Card for PO Target Variance (to the right of the buyer table) is wrong - $113.01 - it should be $31.21

3. Detail Table - should not be showing blank rows and the total amount of PO Target Variance is wrong (similar to issues above)

Measures I used:

PO Target Rate = average(TargetRates[Target Rate])

PO Total Units = sum('Purchase Order Data'[Number of Units])

PO Target Variance = if([PO Target Rate]>0,sum('Purchase Order Data'[Total Buying Amount $])-[PO Target Rate]*[PO Total Units],0)

May be this is relationship issue.

Please use "Cross Filter direction" option as both as shown in the screen.
