Workspace Management - Removing other users workspaces and apps

Hi there,

The Power BI Admin Portal allows me to see all workspaces in our tenant, but my question is how do I remove a workspace of a user who has left the company as well as unpublish their App to the organization?

Thanks,

Paul

Hi @PaulPed4 ,

You could go to O365 group to delete the workspace you want to delete:

Hi Daniel,

It's not creating a Group because we are using the New Workspace functionality where it no longer creates O365 Groups on the backend...

Thanks,

Paul

Hi @PaulPed4 ,

If you are the admin of your organization, you could manage your workspace in admin portal:

I am the Power BI Admin and I see no Delete listed in the pop-up for those workspaces.

Is this a preview feature that needs turned on?

Hi Daniel,

I've looked at the Admin Portal and indeed can see the Workspace. However, that is all I can do...

It doesn't tell me who the owner is or provide me the ability to Deactivate the Workspace or App. Am I missing something?

Thanks,

Paul
