Working with slicer

Hello, I am new to Power BI and a lot of things I´m learning as I go, so this might be a simple question for most of you.  Anyways, I am building a report to show the hours worked (Hrs Trab) and number of orders open (Ordem). The way I want to display the report is using a slicer or another method to select what information I want to display on the graphs and matrices, etheir "Hrs Trab" or "Ordem". The information "Hrs Trab" is a column in one table and "Ordem" is a column in another table.  I am not being able to find out how to use a slicer to do this filter. I actually created a table with two lines to show te information on the slicer, but I don't know how to conect with the rest of the report.

Below is a picture of how I want the visual to apear, when a select "Ordem" in the slicer "Metrica" I just what to show de column "Qtde de Ordens" (Light blue), the same for "Hrs Trab".
