Working with Categories

Dear,

Please I need some help.

I have a cash flow that has the following structure:

Example:

Opening balance
Appetizer
* Sales Receipt
* Other Recipes
Departures
* Wage
* Meal ticket
Final balance

My problem is in the Initial Balance, Final Balance subtotals, because when I create a total forum, the categories appear correctly below in the Inputs and Outputs, but the same categories appear below in the Initial and Final Balance, which would be wrong.

How to make these categories not appear in the subtotals?

Wrong, I don't want these categories to appear below in the initial balance.

If anyone can help me, because I'm breaking my head to have this cash flow.

Att.
