Word file in powerBI

Is there a way to get a Word file in PowerBI. Not only the visuals but olso all the text. 

Now whe have to write everything over in PowerBI. It takes a lot of time. Is there a easy way to make a Word file dynamic in PowerBI so you can pubisch it on the web?
