Windows Update kb4565627 is crashing Power BI (DoubleConvert cannot convert from System.String)

The Update kb4565627 is chrashing when open PowerBI Desktop the erro is (DoubleConvert cannot convert from System.String), independently if has a load or not. To solve it, is necessary to uninstall this updates, soon it's back to works again.

I'm already ask sorry for my english, but my intention is solve any problems that could be happens until microsft fixed it.
