Will a project always be 100% a star schema or is the schema just a guide?

My intention with this post is to open a discussion with those who have been working for a few years and are studying BI in general, to understand everyone's vision.
I don't think I have a right or wrong answer, but I would like to understand this topic with you.

Is it possible in a project with PowerBI, in practice and in the long term, to be drawn on top of a star scheme or would this scheme be the perfect model, which becomes like a north of the closest we should get?
Or at what point could it be considered a Snowflake?

@amitchandak , I liked the point "it is not a perfect star schema" because that's exactly what I see. I don't like to consider some models as snowflake just because it's not 100% star.

@PietroFarias , Star Schema can solve problem between 80-100% depending on the complexity of the project.

There will be needs, where you beyond the star schema and solve the problem. The use of an independent table is very common. In RLS when we bring a separate RLS table, it is not a perfect star schemaa.
