Wildcard character in DAX lookupvalue function

I'm setting security rules in my report by using a table which contains the countries (e.g. US, UK, DE, ...) that the user can see.

So, if a user can see more than one country, the security table will contain two rows for that user.

Since the fact I have many countries, wildcards would be very useful. For example, if the rule for a user is "*", then it would see all the countries.

Is there a way to use wildcards in LOOKUPVALUE function (I'm using that function in order to assign the rules).

Thanks.

Hi @rode,

It's not supported to use wildcard characters in LOOKUPVALUE() function.
