After a lot of research and work with arrows
I think this is the largest reservoir there is

If your arrow is not there you will probably find something close to it

I highly recommend using the arrow as an image and  bring it  from Powerpoint

Great question if you have not yet known and you like Power BI
You really should turn PowerPoint into a utility for editing and designing
Just like in your question

In short - what you choose in Powerpoint you save as an image and upload it to PBI

Just build your image on a PowerPoint slide with all the elements you want.

Then select all components, and right click and choose Save as Image...

Once image is saved, in Power Bi you just need to insert it with the image button.
