Why my dataset can not be refreshed from Microsoft LISTS both manual and scheduled?

Can you provide more information about the problem you met? You can help reply the following questions first. 

1. What is the datasource this dataset connects to?

2. Which connector is used to connect to the data source? Is it in Import mode or DirectQuery mode? 

3. Does this problem occur in Power BI Desktop or in Power BI Service?

4. When it's unable to be refreshed, do you notice any error message?
