Why is my Row Sum Total not matching up with the value in rows?

Hi everyone,

Can someone help me figure out why my current measure is giving the wrong sum total?

I would have expected for this current measure sum total to be: 1,081,794 

not 1,180,646.

Is there a function which I can wrap around my measure to give me the value of the row?
