Why COUNT can count text values when IntelliSense says it counts only numbers?

Hello,

I am a bit confused here, I don't know if I am missing something or if IntelliSense is not up to date but when I try this formula :

Measure = COUNT(Table[Product_name]) 

I do have the right numbers of lines of my column Product_name which type is text. However when I start writing my formula "COUNT..." it says "counts the number in a column".

So is my result false??

Your answer is fine, It actually counts the number of cells.
