Whole and even numbers only

Hello, 

I am trying to create a measure or column that allows me to see even whole numbers ONLY. 

I tried using this formula for that but didn't work. 

Column 2 = ISEVEN(RIGHT(CONCATENATE(ECS_EZQuery40[DEBIT_AMOUNT],""),3)*3)

Assuming you want a calculated column and Table1[Number] is what you want to check:

NewColumn =
VAR _IsWhole =
    TRUNC ( Table1[Number] ) - Table1[Number] = 0
RETURN
    IF ( _IsWhole && ISEVEN ( Table1[Number] ), TRUE (), FALSE () )
