Which two actions should we complete to ensure that we can use R visualization?

1 Download and install Microsoft R Server.
2 Download and install RStudio Server on the computer that has Power BI Desktop
installed.

3 Enable R Scripting on the computer that has Power BI Desktop installed.
4 Download and install Microsoft R on the computer that has Power BI Desktop installed.

I say 4 and 3 but collegue says 4 only..?

Please can somebudy help us to select right action(s)?

As per my understanding, it should be 4 & 3, however, Power BI desktop automatically enables the R - Scrips.

But in question say two steps so option 3 should be part of the answer.

Thanks for this. I have already gone through this but problem is I can't test this as I have already R installed on my system. 

That's why looking for answer. If you can point out which 2 are correct that would be great.
