Where is Power BI Windows App and how can I install it?

This article seems to imply there is a Windows App simpler than Power BI Desktop.

It provides a link to install it from the "store" but this leads me to various error messages (is it due to my corporate PC setup?)...

Looking for a download option leads me to the PowerBI download page where there is no mention of such an app...

Does this app exist and where can I install it from? Other than the Microsoft Store...

I hope people find this answer faster than I did. Previously Power BI's website had a download link that opened the Microsoft Store. This was a weird way to install a powerful application. It was at:

https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads/

But now it's at:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494

It has a proper download page now. And on the powerbi DL page, there is still a Microsoft Store link, but the Advanced Download Options link takes you to the new download page. There is still an app in the Microsoft Store, but it's basically a web interface to access the cloud version of Power BI.

If I try on a non corporate PC, then I can install

Unfortunately, this seems inaccessible from "Store" on my corporate PC.
I was hoping there would be a non-Store install (like there is for everything else, including Power BI Desktop)...

Powerbi windows app is not similar to Powerbi desktop.

Powerbi windows app is PowerBI mobile app  for Windows device.

PowerBI desktop prefers to  build reports while powerbi window app prefers to view and analyze reports.

As of now,the Power BI mobile app for Windows 10 is available from the Windows Store. The Power BI mobile app for android is available from Google Play .
