When loading data into power bi desktop from power query editor it is showing error

I'm trying to loading data from SQL Server to Power bi via power query editor, it is showing me following error, but the same query working fine I also cleaned Cache memory, but nothing changed.

OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] Microsoft SQL: The datediff function resulted in an overflow. The number of dateparts separating two dates/time instances is too large. Try to use datediff with a less precise datepart...

What dates are you using? This just means that the output is too large to display in the defualt data type (int)
