I am not able to clarify how this works. I add a table/Query to my Power BI Desktop. There are 100 columns of data. I go into Query and I delete 25 of those columns since I will never ever use them. The next time I open this pbix file (and/or next time I refresh) does the system load all 100 columns and then remove the 25 or does it just load 75 columns from the start?

Thanks again Hasan, that is what I was wondering!

Once you deleted the columns they will not see them unless you re add that table to your query
Thanks Hasan, I guess what I am asking though is whether or not it LOADS or not - basically, does it help me to delete them from an initial performance perspective?
