What visual to use - 4 Rounds of loading 31 objects

I'm on an IT project loading 31 different objects into a new system.  We'll practice 4 times (mock run) before going live in the 5th round.  I'd like an easy visual to show progression.  I'm trying to convey status of individual objects as well as how we are progressing each mock.  I've got the following fields available for this:

  • MockID
  • Object
  • Extracted Records
  • Loaded Records

So in Mock 1, we loaded 10k of 12k financial transaction records that were extracted from source.  That means that % and drops(from errors) are also available figures.

What's a good way of communicating this?  Feels like it's too much for a single visual - possibly 1 visual showing current status of each objects vs objects over the mock rounds?

I'll be using for future projects so I want to set standards now.  In the future, can have different number of objects and different number of mocks.  Any help is much appreciated.

Hi @dude95 ,

Would you like to show the project process using a visual ? If so, you may try the Gauges or Gantt visual.

If I misunderstood it, could you please share your sample data and desired output screenshots for further analysis? You can also upload sample pbix to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

Bullet Chart is the answer - found it looking at your links for guages.  I'm going to add some logic for levels of good - but it actually works exactly what I need.  When I finish up I'll post a pic of what it looks like.
