In the visual headers option in the formatting pane, I could see a feature called visual information. I am not sure what is this one for.
Anybody pls help me on this or point me to some links.

note that changes are not reflected in the desktop. You have to publish and see the changes online.
it is useful for turning off icons that may confuse users, like the double down show next level icon.
I fully turn off the visual header for slicers and usually cards too
DAX is for Analysis. Power Query is for Data Modeling

pretty interesting question
I believe it should work only in Reading mode on PBI Service but it seems like it doesnt work or wokr only with specific non-documented conditions
